Who processes your data

The data controller is AMG Ascenta Management Group s.r.o., company ID 07958749, registered office Radlická 663/28, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic (“we”). We operate the Opener website.

What data we process and why

Contact form

When you send us an inquiry, we process your name, email, company, phone (if provided) and the text of your message. We need them to reply and, if relevant, to prepare an offer.

• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry.
• Retention: 2 years after the last contact, unless a contract follows.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to news, we process your email and the language of the website. You confirm the subscription by clicking a link in a confirmation email.

• Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time via the link in every email or by writing to the contact above.
• Retention: until you unsubscribe.

Bot protection

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that a human is filling in the form and processes technical browser data and your IP address for that purpose.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website and forms from abuse.

Visitor analytics

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or any other storage on your device and does not track you across websites. We only see aggregated statistics (visits, pages viewed, traffic sources).

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website.

Who we share data with

The following processors handle data under a contract with us:

• Ecomail.cz s.r.o. (Czech Republic): storing contacts from forms and sending the newsletter.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website hosting, form protection and analytics. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical data to protect forms, which does not require consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time.

If you disagree with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
