Opener uses several terms of its own. Here you will find them in one place, briefly and in alphabetical order.

ActionAnything you do with a person and record: an invitation, a message, a meeting, a call, an email. An action that moves the phase is a step.

Good to know

  • The app always uses the word action, never other names.
  • The space admin can rename the phases, and you will then see your team's names in the app.
  • Space owner and relationship owner are two different things.
