Your own call team and inviting callers

How to add a member of your space to your own call team or invite an external caller by email, and what the invitee sees.

What it is for

Your own call team is a separate team of callers linked to your space. Callers call the contacts in the queue, but they are not members of your space and do not see any other contacts.

How to

The call team is managed by a space admin in Space admin, tab Calling, section Partnerships. Next to the call team, click Team.

A member of your space (for example a colleague who will lead the call team):

  1. In the Add from the team card, select the space member.
  2. Choose the role Caller or Lead and click Add. No invitation is needed.

A caller outside your space:

  1. In the Invite by email card, enter their email and role.
  2. Keep Send the invitation by email on, optionally also Send a copy to me, and click Create invitation. Copy the link with Copy link.
  3. The invitee opens the link at app.callers.team, signs in with a Google account for this email or with a code sent by email, and accepts the invitation.

Pending invitations are listed below the form. In the More actions menu you can send them again or revoke them.

Good to know

  • The invitation is valid for 14 days, can be used once and belongs to one email address.
  • The invitee becomes a member of the call team only, not of your space. Anyone without an account gets one when accepting.
  • You cannot invite the email of a member of your space. The app points you to adding them from the team.
  • A Lead splits the queue among callers and sets up the call team's campaigns.
  • Members of an external call team are managed by its lead, not by you.

Frequently asked questions

A caller says the invitation cannot be accepted.

The invitation has expired, was revoked or already used, or the caller signed in with a different email. Check the email address and create a new invitation if needed.

How do I remove a caller from the call team?

In the list of call team members, click Remove next to them. Their access to contacts ends immediately.
