Team: activity, plans and relationship care
What the Team section shows, how moves and plan progress are counted, and how to filter the team's contacts there.
What it is for
The Team section shows how the team works: plans, moves in contacts over recent days, relationship care, deals and shared progress. It is meant for overview and coordination, not competition; members are sorted by name.
How to
The page has these parts, from the top:
- Team plan: plan progress by member and Moves since plan start. Below it, Own plans.
- Closed plans: results of closed plans. Show contacts shows how far each contact got.
- Team activity: Period of 30, 60 or 90 days, Total moves, Active members and Most common phase, and moves by phase for each member.
- Relationship care: how many relationships with a cadence are on schedule for each owner.
- Deals: open and won deals.
- Team's shared progress: how many contacts are in each phase. Click a tile to filter the list below.
- Work split: how many contacts each member has. Click a row to filter the list.
- Shared relationships: the list of the team's contacts with the Working column. Clear filter removes the filter.
Good to know
- Move = a contact moved into a phase. Each contact counts once per phase and is credited to the person who recorded the step. Steps from an import are not counted.
- Plan progress is counted the same way as in My action plan.
- This is where an admin starts and manages the team plan: Start team plan, Edit batches, Close plan and, for a member, Remove from plan (their batch is closed, the plan continues).
- The overview does not show members with read-only access. An admin can exclude a member from overviews in the Members tab; their work still counts towards the team totals.
- In the Shared relationships list you record your step by clicking a phase icon, the same as in People & relationships.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I not see a colleague in the overview?
The colleague has read-only access, was excluded from overviews, or recorded nothing in the given period.
Does a step I record on a colleague's contact count for me?
Yes. The move is credited to the person who recorded the step, regardless of who owns the contact.
